For much of my childhood, I’ve had a portfolio (since the age of 4). Having a body of work is an absolute necessity… often, scraps of paper, driftwood, stones, shells and pebbles are the touchstones on my road to discovery – I’ve always endeavoured to describe my life through my work… I bring fear, curiosity, passion love, hate – all of life’s rich emotions come into my work – my work is far more important than my life-span.
I truly hope that people’s appreciation of my work will continue for many years after mine has ceased.
